GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
☆ PLEASE RE-READ THIS EACH TIME YOU COMMISSION ME, THE TERMS MAY CHANGE, if you do not read through my terms I will not respond to your commission ☆
CHARGEBACKS, REFUNDS, AND DISPUTES
- IMPORTANT: IF THERE IS A CHARGE BACK/DISPUTE FILED IN PAYPAL: YOU AGREE BY COMMISSIONING ME TO PAY THE FEE IN FULL. This includes> Accidental charge backs
> Hacked account charge backs
> Refunds that you initiated
> Or charge backs for any reason.**I will always keep you in touch and finish the commission, if there is any problem, contact me first before filing a dispute, or you will be paying the fee, thank you!! **- IF there is a charge back or dispute filed, depending on the outcome, you may be put on a public blacklist and permanently unable to commission me, buy designs, enter raffles etc from me again in the future- I do not give refunds, UNLESS I somehow can not complete it, if there is an issue at any time please contact me, and please do not commission me if you aren't 100% sure you can afford it
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
- I do commissions by invoice only (you will need to give me your paypal email), please be sure to opt out of providing a shipping address, I currently do NOT provide or sell physical copies/items- YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO COMMISSION- PLEASE CHOOSE USD WHEN PAYING! Please do not send money in any other currency- Commissions will be finished in the order of who paid first to last, unless it is a rush commission (see below)- Extra characters are +100% of the price of any commission type
RUSH AND BACKGROUND FEES
- Rush commissions will take up to 3 days- Rush commissions will take priority over all other commissions- Backgrounds will be plain or transparent unless a detailed background is requested background prices are estimates and might be more or less depending on what you'd like, IE:
> Simple, +5 USD
> Medium to very detailed, +20-30 USD
TERMS OF USE, RIGHTS, AND OTHER
- I retain the rights to any artwork I create (this is mostly here because I can use your commission for advertising)- You can post my art to Toyhouse, DO NOT REPOST MY ART ANYWHERE ELSE please just retweet it, thank you. (Credit user Jamies on toyhouse)- I can take up to 1.5 months to complete a commission, typical time to complete is under a week or two, feel free to ask how it's coming along, but I ask that you don't rush me! I do not work under deadlines unless you order a rush commission- If the commission takes longer than expected: You will get a free sketch/headshot/mini (my choice)- I offer a 20% discount on any commission if you want a character I've designed to be drawn!So I know you've read through my terms, please explicitly tell me you read them
DESIGN TOS
- You must have a ToyHouse to offer or own one of my designs, if you do not have one I'm happy to provide a code- You must accept the transfer, please do not leave the character sitting in my sale folder!- You can make any change to the design, and you do not need my permission to do so, just don't sell the old design as a seperate character- Do not sell for more than you bought it for unless there is extra art included, and you have owned it for more than 1 week- For customs, be as clear and detailed as you can if you want it to be specific, I will give you a WIP if requested

- Humans and humanoid characters *im still not the best with humans so depending on the character i might decline!

Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients:- 1 TBSP. virgin olive oil
- 2-3 chicken breasts, boneless + skinless
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp+ oregano
- 3 TBSP butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cups baby spinach whole
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 parmesan
- Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:1. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil, you can keep the chicken whole or chop it into cubes, personally I prefer it cubed. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Cook until golden brown and no longer pink, approx. 8 minutes on each side if kept whole, when done set aside2. In the same skillet over medium heat, add butter, melt butter, and stir in garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper, cook until tomatoes are beginning to burst then add spinach and cook until spinach is beginning to wilt3. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan, bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and simmer until slightly reduced. Return chicken to skillet and cook until heated through for about 5-7 minutes4. Serve with lemon wedges
